Porch Rebuild—April 2013
April 22, 2013 about 14 CMOT partners worked at a lady’s home in Lufkin. Karen’s husband was killed by a drunk driver in a 2003 car accident. She works part–time sitting with an elderly person in Lufkin. She has two boys, ages 10 and 13.

The men spent the morning tearing out and then building a new deck on the back of their home. Paula Havard brought with her some teenagers who raked and cleaned the family’s yard. We are also going to be able to provide her with reliable transportation due to a car that was donated to her through the ministry.

We were all blessed by working together on this project.
